Joan McG arvey has been married to Craig nearly 40 years. Craig holds a Doctorate of Education and previously served as an elected school board member in Marblehead, MA, and Indian River County, Florida. Their son, Rob, is a Doctor of Optometry, and their daughter-in-law, Petrina, is a Registered Nurse. They live in Chattanooga, Tennessee with their one year old son, Evan, pictured below.
Joan established an affiliate of the American Family Association in Indian River County and served as president for 20 years. The AFA emphasizes Faith, Family and Freedom. They inform about government, law, education and media. Craig, has assumed the office of the president, and Joan is now serving as secretary and continues as editor of the monthly newsletter. Joan retired from a career in music education in both Massachusetts and Florida. She currently teaches piano in Vero Beach, Florida, to students six to sixty. Joan will oversee partnership development at Framework Productions.
